At the beginning of the year, the Point72 team moved to Browary Warszawskie. The asset management company has leased nearly 3,000 sq m. sq m surface next to the Brewhouse. Since entering the Polish market, the organization has used a temporary office located in the same investment.

The team from the Warsaw office consists of over 120 specialists in the fields of technology, finance, data management and operations. Point72 expects to double that number by 2023, making the Polish branch the largest outside the US.

Constructed in Wola by Echo Investment, the Warzelnia building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Employees have access to a free gym located there, as well as numerous rest and relaxation zones.
