Adgar Poland will expand the Adgar Plaza office complex in Warsaw's Służewiec district

After the August takeover of the Renaissance Tower office building in Warsaw's Wola district, Adgar Poland is not slowing down. This time the company increased its holdings in the business part of Służewiec. On a plot of almost 7,000 sq. sq m, located at ul. Marynarska 10, in the immediate vicinity of the existing Adgar Plaza complex, another modern office building will be built.

The previous owner of the plot at Marynarska 10 was Pekao S.A. bank. The building located on it is well known to all employees and residents of Służewiec - its convenient location ensures visibility from the main thoroughfare at the exit from the S79 route at Warsaw's Okęcie airport. The purchase of a plot in such a sensitive location is one of the most interesting investment moves on the Mokotów commercial real estate market this year. According to the plans of Adgar Poland, a new office building will be built on the plot, which will significantly expand the developer's offer in this part of Warsaw. The plot is adjacent to a complex of three office buildings (with a total area of 39,000 sq m) already owned by the company: Adgar Plaza A and B and Adgar Plaza One.

- The development prospects of Służewiec are very promising, and the completed road and communication investments have significantly strengthened its business and residential potential. The synergy of both these urban functions, characteristic of modern and well-managed agglomerations, is of key importance in our investment decisions. The role of Adgar Poland does not end with ensuring comfortable, friendly and flexible working conditions in the company's office buildings. We also care about the multi-functionality of our buildings so that the local community can use many non-office services. The presence of nurseries, kindergartens, shops, cafes, restaurants and fitness clubs in our properties allows us to create a space that is teeming with life also after office hours, and additionally fits into the trend of the so-called 15-minute cities - says Michael Mevorach, Country Manager, Adgar Poland.

In addition to the property at Marynarska 10, Adgar Poland has recently also purchased a smaller plot (750 sq m), located between the new investment and Adgar Plaza One. The purchase of the plot consolidates the available space and will enable the functional and visual cohesion of the entire Adgar Plaza complex to be maintained.

An office building to be built in the future at ul. Marynarska 10, will be the fourteenth in the company's Warsaw real estate portfolio. Their total area today is 140,000. sqm.
