Siili Solutions, a Finnish technology company providing mobile and web solutions, will move its headquarters in Wrocław to the multifunctional Quorum complex. In the Quorum D building, commissioned in Q4 2022, Siili employees will gain over 1.1 thousand sq m. sqm modern office space. The owner of the largest mixed-use complex in Lower Silesia is Cavatina Holding.

The Quorum complex, which is being built in the heart of Wrocław, combines a great location in the city center, on the riverbank with attractive architecture and the latest solutions that allow you to create a modern working environment. These qualities are appreciated by developing companies that care about attracting and retaining talent. The tenants of the first Quorum office building commissioned for use are dominated by representatives of the IT industry, which is very active on the Wrocław market. This time, the office in Quorum D was chosen by Siili Solutions, an expert in the field of digital transformation strategies. In Poland, the Finnish-derived brand develops soy teams in Wrocław and Szczecin.

We appreciated the efficient bidding and negotiation process carried out by the building owner. The proposal was effectively tailored to our requirements. Certainly, the new location will provide us with comfortable working conditions - says Wojciech Kurek, managing director of Siili Auto.

Siili Solutions Poland joins the group of technological tenants of Quorum D, such as: a well-known development studio from the gaming industry, a supplier of licensed process solutions - Imagination Technologies or the e-commerce company Artgeist.

The Quorum D office building combines modern architecture with the renovation of an existing building made of historic brick. The building offers its tenants over 16.2 thousand. sqm of class A office space, spread over six floors with approx. 1,000 sq. sqm commercial and service premises. There is also parking for over 220 cars and an internal patio, which is the perfect place to relax during the working day. The obtained occupancy permit will soon allow tenants to use all the amenities and enjoy the great surroundings in the very center of the city. The building is already 2/3 leased.

The entire Quorum complex will ultimately provide nearly 90,000 sq m to Wrocław. sqm of office space in four buildings. In the fifth building, apartments from Resi Capital are being prepared to the highest standard.

Service premises will be located on the ground floor of the Quorum facilities. Terraces and green spaces have been designed on the podium of the entire complex and on the fourth floor. Moreover, public green areas and a promenade will be created on the southern side of building D, on the opposite side of the street. In the entire complex, approx. 1.5 thousand sq. m. parking spaces.

The Quorum D building has already obtained the BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. The facility will also undergo WELL Health-Safety certification.
