At the end of the third quarter of 2020, the office space stock in Katowice amounted to 560 thousand sq m. sq m
The city has similar office facilities to Łódź. The size of their office resources places these centers in fourth place after Kraków, Wrocław and the Tri-City in the ranking of regional cities. In the coming years, another 200,000 sq m is to be commissioned in Katowice. sq m in several investments.
