Works on the construction of the first stage of the Brain Park office complex in Krakow have been completed. Two buildings, constructed by Echo Investment at the intersection of Aleja Pokoju and Fabryczna Street, have obtained an occupancy permit. This means that PepsiCo - as the first tenant - has already moved into its new office.

Echo Investment's investment in Kraków is over 43,000 sqm modern office space. The construction of the Brain Park office complex has been divided into two stages. The construction of the first one started in March 2021. Two of the three ten-storey buildings with a two-level underground garage have just obtained an occupancy permit. The BE DDJM Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of the investment.

- We needed almost twenty months for a new business point on the map of Krakow to open up to tenants. At Aleja Pokoju, in one of the fastest-growing districts of the city - Grzegórzki - a modern office park with an area of ​​nearly 30,000 sq m starts to operate. sqm - says Joanna Nicińska, regional director in the commercial projects department of Echo Investment. - The PepsiCo team has already started working at the new address. It is worth recalling that this center of business services for key European branches of the company is located at ul. Fit-out experts from Echo Investment supervised the implementation of the PepsiCo office project.

Brain Park was designed in accordance with the BREEAM certification guidelines. The office park already at the design stage obtained a high Excellent rating by introducing many supporting solutions, incl. energy and water savings, waste management policy and minimizing the building's environmental impact. In total, the developer has planned 34 electric car charging stations, 5 terraces at the exclusive disposal of tenants and an advanced bicycle infrastructure throughout the complex. Lovers of two-wheelers can use almost 300 parking spaces and special zones with changing rooms and showers.
Out of concern for the health and safety of employees, the office buildings have been equipped with a special system that monitors and improves the air quality in the building. These devices purify the air, and the technology it uses can be used without any problems during the normal use of the building, when people are there.

The commissioning of the first stage of the investment is only the beginning of a change in the landscape of this part of Krakow. The second stage of the project is being implemented - an office building with an area of ​​over 13,000 sq m. sqm which has already risen to the 5th floor. The works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
The heart of the investment is also under construction - a green, multifunctional, open patio. On a fragment with an area of ​​nearly 10 thousand. sqm a green area was planned. In addition to places to rest and eat outside, it will offer interesting additional functions, such as a table tennis place, chess tables, swings and a "street workout" activity zone. Tenants will be able to use this zone in the third quarter of 2023.
