Thanks to the applied energy-saving and intelligent solutions, the first stage of the complex obtained notes allowing it to be rated at the Excellent level.

Ocean Office Park is an office and service complex which, within the planned four phases, will provide nearly 53,000 sq. m of GLA. GLA. Building A offers 13 tys. sqm. GLA and a service and commercial part. The developer obtained permission for its use in the first quarter of this year.

The complex will be equipped with the Integral system, a tool for managing office space and the office itself. The solution will provide building tenants with access to space plans, reception registration, conference room management and available parking spaces.
