Skanska is starting the implementation of its largest office project in Wrocław, which is located at Powstańców Śląskich Street, on a plot adjacent to the Sky Tower complex.
The latest investment of Skanska is being developed under the name Centrum Południe and will consist of five office buildings totaling approximately 85,000 square meters. The first stage of the investment has now started.
The seventh and largest project so far in Wrocław by Skanska is being developed at the intersection of Powstańców Śląskich Street and Szczęśliwa Street in Krzyki. The first stage of Centrum Południe consists of two office buildings of various heights, fifteen and six storeys, which will offer tenants approximately 26,000 sq m. of modern space in A-class standard. At the height of the third to fifth floors of both buildings, there will be a connector connecting both office buildings, creating an internal passage, in which, among others, relaxation area with a fountain.
Under the office buildings, there will be a 2-storey garage, additionally equipped with places for charging electric cars.
A distinctive feature of the Centrum Południe investment will be the fact that as much as a quarter of the plot will be designed for recreational space. Skanska is planning to apply for the LEED Platinum certificate here.
