
Swobodna SPOT is a new investment by Echo Investment at ul. Swobodna 60 in Wrocław. The project in the city's business center will offer a total of 41,600 sq m. space for rent. The two office buildings and the green urban passage connecting them were designed by architects from the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio.
First, an 11-story building with an area of 16,000 sq m will be built. located at the intersection of Swobodna and Gwiaździsta streets. The facility will also be equipped with air purification technology inside. In accordance with BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, Echo Investment will ensure rational energy and water management and waste monitoring already at the construction stage.
