Swobodna SPOT is a new investment by Echo Investment at ul. Swobodna 60 in Wrocław. The project in the city's business center will offer a total of 41,600 sq m. space for rent. The two office buildings and the green urban passage connecting them were designed by architects from the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio.

First, an 11-story building with an area of 16,000 sq m will be built. located at the intersection of Swobodna and Gwiaździsta streets.
