Ghelamco has officially presented its latest project in the business center of Warsaw. The office complex called VIBE will be the first in Poland to receive its own sonic identity, which will not only become an element of communication for this project, but will also resonate in its space. Its composing was entrusted to the renowned Polish composer - Wojciech Urbański.
VIBE - this is the name of the new Ghelamco project, the construction of which began in the heart of the business center of Warsaw, in Wola. The complex will consist of two independent buildings. The first of them, an 11-story corner building at the intersection of Towarowa and Kolejowa streets, will be the first to be put into use in Q1 2024 and will offer 15,000 sq m. sqm lease area. In the second stage of the investment, planned for the end of 2025, a 95 m tower will be built, adjacent to the The Warsaw HUB complex developed by Ghelamco.
The name of the project - VIBE - is a reference to the energetic and metropolitan climate that will prevail in the latest Ghelamco investment. For the first time in Poland, the building will receive its own audiosphere composed especially for it, which will give it a unique and peculiar character that will also resonate in its interiors.
The best specialists from the creative and music industry were invited to the project, who supported the developer's team in this process.
Wojciech Urbański, a well-known Polish composer, producer and sound designer, was invited to compose the VIBE audio sphere, which will become a symbol of Ghelamco's new investment. He is the winner of many prestigious awards, including the Fryderyk in 2022. Urbański is, inter alia, creator of film music, constantly cooperating with major platforms such as Netflix and HBO. He created music for a number of Polish artists, including for Julia Wieniawa, Tymek and the Kwiat Jabłoni band.
VIBE was designed in accordance with Ghelamco's ESG strategy. The complex will be certified, among others in Well, BREEAM, SmartScore, WiredScore and Green Standard Building systems. In the first two, the developer's goal is to obtain certificates at the highest possible levels: Platinium and Outstanding.
Out of concern for the health and comfort of users, VIBE interiors will be equipped with anti-pandemic solutions, developed by Ghelamco together with scientists from the Warsaw University of Technology. UV rays will disinfect the lift space and ventilation systems. Future users of the complex will also be able to count on, among others for automatic and non-contact calling of elevators and opening gates, booking office rooms and parking spaces or a virtual reception desk, operated from the level of the mobile application. Real-time monitoring of the condition of buildings in order to ensure an optimal working environment will be possible thanks to the use of a modern BEMS system. In turn, the Signal OS developed by Ghelamco will integrate all building systems into one analytical one that monitors, collects and evaluates data from the entire building in real time in order to improve its functioning.
The VIBE complex will also be equipped with an extensive infrastructure friendly to two-wheelers owners. There will be a separate entrance for cyclists and scooter owners, parking spaces, lockers and showers, as well as chargers for bicycles and electric scooters as well as repair stations.
Ultimately, VIBE will be powered by 100% clean energy, thanks to which CO2 emissions throughout the building's life cycle will be reduced by over 50%. It will be possible thanks to the program of building solar farms announced by Ghelamco in May this year, which will allow the developer to achieve energy neutrality by 2025.
