The commercialization process of The Park Kraków complex, developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain International, is underway. The first tenant of the B2 building is Infogain. This will be the second traditional office in Poland for the leading provider of technological solutions based in Silicon Valley.

The Park Kraków complex is developing dynamically - ultimately it is to consist of 8 buildings. The first tenant of the B2 building is Infogain, a company specializing in engineering business digital platforms with deep domain knowledge in the field of advanced technologies, transport and travel, retail and insurance. The tenant will occupy an area of 650 sq m. on the 5th floor with a terrace and a view of the Bagry reservoir.

The first building in The Park Kraków (B1) complex received an occupancy permit in May 2022, and in January 2023 welcomed its first tenant - OTCF. In the fourth quarter of this year, the My Fitness Place fitness club will open in B1, and a small grocery store will open in a few weeks. Currently, the first building is leased in over 80%. Advanced negotiations for the remaining space in building B1 and building B2 are in progress.

As previously announced, the commissioning of the B2 building is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. We are proud that the first contract was signed with Infogain. We are all the more pleased that a technology-focused company has chosen The Park Kraków for its first traditional office in Poland. For us, providing innovative solutions is also important. An example is the mobile application made available to tenants, thanks to which employees have access to the building and office space from a smartphone, can invite guests via a virtual reception, book conference rooms and hot desks, and easily manage the car park. In addition to traditional office space, The Park Kraków also offers over 3 hectares of internal space with lots of greenery, water elements and natural materials, as well as infrastructure for cyclists.
