KWS Polska has leased approximately 500 sqm. of office space in the Giant Office building in Poznań. The building is located at ul. Głogowska.

KWS deals with, among others, propagation and distribution of sugar beet and corn seeds. The company finances basic research and breeding of the range, providing its subsidiaries with new varieties each year. Its business units are based on research and development as well as administration departments.

Giant Office is BREEAM certified at the Very Good level. The investment offers glass terraces, an interactive panel at the main reception, which allows guests to video call a selected tenant, nine elevators, electric vehicle charging stations and three-chamber windows in the external façade. The new tenant was advised by Litwiniuk Property, which is the lead agent at Giant Office.
