Greater opportunities for LUX MED patients in the Wave office building in Gdańsk

LUX MED Group, which last year leased 400 sq m. on the ground floor of the Wave office building, thus opening its first dental facility in Gdańsk, is now expanding its offer. The LUX MED Medical Center with an area of ​​1500 sq m is being built on the first floor of the building. The opening is planned for the turn of the third and fourth quarter of 2022.

The new Medical Center will house 12 consultation rooms, 3 diagnostic and treatment rooms, 2 collection rooms and an endoscopy room. Patients will be able to benefit from a wide range of medical consultations: an allergist, general surgeon, vascular surgeon, urologist, endocrinologist, gynecologist, midwife, internal medicine specialist, cardiologist, nephrologist, neurologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, psychiatrist, dermatologist, radiologist, rheumatologist and gastroenterologist. sports medicine doctor.

Last year, the LUX MED Group opened its first dental center in Gdańsk. So far, the facility has had seven specialist offices, offering patients comprehensive dental services. The center is friendly to the youngest - it provides a special pedodontic office and a corner for children.

Healthy and safe surfaces for employees and visitors of the office building

The Wave office building was the first in the Tri-City to receive the prestigious WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level. The building also has the WELL Health-Safety Rating award. This is the International WELL Building Institute standard, awarded to surfaces with the highest safety parameters, reducing the risk of disease transmission and enabling the creation of healthy and safe workplaces.

Sustainable and pro-environmental solutions were conceived not only by designing the building itself, but also its immediate surroundings. As part of the investment, from al. Grunwaldzka, there is an anti-smog pavement made of green concrete. The sun's rays cause the reduction of harmful compounds in polluted city air on its surface. This is the first such sidewalk in the Tri-City.
