Echo Investment has completed the arrangement works in the green courtyard of the Face2Face Business Campus complex in Katowice. The patio between the buildings is nearly 4,000. sqm greenery and flower meadows.

The construction of the first stage of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex began in May 2018, and the completion of construction and commissioning of both office buildings took place at the end of 2020. The developer has also completed the development of the external area, which is a distinctive feature of this project. In the courtyard there are places to relax, work outdoors, a basketball or volleyball court, a cherry orchard and a dining area.

Tenants can also use these various zones outside working hours, e.g. by arranging joint basketball or volleyball matches, or for afternoon integration meetings.

The general designer of the entire complex was Grupa 5 Architekci. In total, both office buildings have over 47 thousand. sqm of lease space where companies such as e.g. Orange, Capgemini, Dazn, Deloitte, Honeywell. The office buildings received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
