
An open project is planned in the part of Port Praski in Warsaw, combining business functions with public green areas, retail and services. It is implemented jointly by Polsat Plus Group and HB Reavis. The partners are already carrying out internal design work and dialogue with municipal offices and institutions.
The joint venture of the Polsat Plus Group and HB Reavis - the company that created such buildings in Warsaw as Varso Place or the green Forest office campus, concerns a fragment of Port Praski located directly at Sokola Street, Zamoyskiego and the station of the II (and future III) metro line "Stadion Narodowy" ". It is a perfectly connected area with an area of 4 ha.
HB Reavis brings to the special purpose vehicle international know-how and experience in multifunctional projects of various scales, which the company has completed, among others, in in Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Berlin and London. The entire investment of an office and service character in Port Praski is planned with the aim of fitting in the local context of this part of Warsaw in the best possible way.

About Port Praski
Port Praski is an important project for the sustainable development of Warsaw, drawing from its unique location on the right bank of the Vistula River. It is a total of 38 hectares of land (of which 4 ha will be developed jointly with HB Reavis) in the very center of the city, with direct access to the metro and railway stations as well as the road network, bicycle paths and popular walking trails. The concept of Port Praski assumes the creation of residential buildings, as well as office, commercial and service buildings and public utility buildings.
Historically, Port Praski is a river port on the Vistula River in the Praga-Północ district, which was established in the 1920s. In the post-war period, it was mainly a wintering place for vessels and a warehouse. It ceased operations in the 1980s.
