The tallest residential, office and commercial building in Szczecin, Hanza Tower has been completed. J.W. Construction is now waiting for an occupancy permit for the investment. The opening of the building is planned for this year.

Hanza Tower has 27 above-ground storeys, almost 500 apartments, 3,000 sq m. sqm offices, 6 thousand sqm of retail and service space and three garage floors. 1 thousand sqm is located in the Fitness & Spa building, which is the focal point of the first floor of the building. There is a swimming pool with a skylight and an accompanying sauna complex for residents' use. On the top floor, at a height of 100 meters, there is an observation deck. The building is serviced by 12 passenger lifts and one car lift.
The last large apartments, ranging from 80 to 221 sq m, located on the top floors of the building, are available for purchase. Office spaces are located on the second to fifth floors. Space from 113 to 149 sq m. and larger - about 630 sq m.
The premises on the ground floor have been designed to be accessible to customers from the street. There is a car park for 403 cars and 120 bicycles on three underground floors.
