The technology company Avenga has leased nearly 250 sq m. of space in the Officyna office building in Gdańsk. The contract with the developer, Torus, was signed for five years.

Avenga has been implementing IT projects for over 20 years for clients from various industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, automotive or real estate. The company's team consists of over 3.5 thousand. people, and the first employees will appear in the Gdańsk office in May.

Officyna is being built in the Wrzeszcz district. The first stage of the investment, chosen by Avenga for its office, was put into operation at the end of August 2019. It is an office and service building with a leasable area of ​​5,000 sq m. sq m The tenants are companies such as Transcom, Playsoft, Sollers Consulting, Nationale-Nederlanden Usługi Finansowe and Bank Ochrony Środowiska.
The office building is certified in the LEED system at the Platinum level.
