All areas of the Imperial Business Center office building in Krakow have been leased. The office building has approx. 7 thousand sq m. sq m area and nine storeys.

Imperial Business Center It is located at ul. Wadowicka. The tenants include PZU, Lux Med, ChilliSpaces, Żabka and Imperial Capital, the company that implemented the office building project as an investor and developer, and is its owner. The building was put into use in August 2018.

Architects from the Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy studio are responsible for the design of the building.
Imperial Capital is an investment company implementing development projects on the Krakow housing and office market. The completed investments include Stawowa Residence Stages I-IV, Green Park Villa by Imperial Stage I and Imperial Business Center. Green Park Villa by Imperial Stage II-III, CitiYES is under construction! by Imperial and Zalesie Corner House by Imperial.
