Another tenant will move into the Warsaw Skyliner office building - the Polish branch of Colonnade Insurance. The company operates in the field of "non-life" insurance for corporate and individual clients. It will come to the Skylineer in spring 2022.

Colonnade Insurance Oddział w Polsce (Colonnade) has been operating on the Polish market since July 2017. The insurer employs over 130 employees, specialized in the creation and sale of traditional and niche "non life" insurance. Colonnade offers companies, among others property, third party liability insurance, professional liability insurance, company management, cyber and personal risks. Individual clients are mainly offered accident and travel insurance. From March 2022, Skyliner will become the new headquarters of the Polish branch of Colonnade. The insurer will take up 1.5 thousand. sqm surface.

Skyliner offers 49,000 sq m. office and retail space for rent on 42 floors. The lowest levels of the building are dedicated to services and trade, as well as a gastronomic offer. At 165 m high, there is a two-level Skybar. The office building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. It is the latest investment of the Karimpol group. It was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio.
