The construction of the Punkt office building has started in Wrzeszcz. This is a new and - after Officyna - another investment by Torus in this part of Gdańsk. The building will have almost 13 thousand. sqm lease area.

Punkt is an office building with six overground and one underground storey, with a total leasable area of ​​12,781 sq m. (GLA). There will be commercial premises on the ground floor. The building will be certified in the LEED v4 system. It will also be a certified "Object without barriers". There are 283 parking spaces planned in the investment, including 83 underground ones.

The design of the building was prepared by the APA Wojciechowski Trójmiasto studio. The planned completion date is the second quarter of 2023.
