Office resources on the Warsaw market have been expanded by another building - Studio B, developed by Skanska. Almost 20,300 sq m. office space was rented before obtaining the occupancy permit.

Construction of the Studio complex started in August 2021 between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations, in the immediate vicinity of the Norblin Factory. After two years, Skanska completes the first stage of the investment, thus transforming an important business quarter of Wola.

– We started the construction of Studio B during the pandemic, which significantly changed the construction market and the office work model. Despite this, we were sure that we would deliver the building on time and that it would quickly find its supporters. We weren't wrong. The modern spaces we offer influenced the success of our project, says Bartosz Dorsz, project manager at the Skanska office company in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

The tenants of Studio B include companies from the Societe Generale group, Unum Życie and Business Link.

– All office spaces in Studio B have already found their tenants. This is the best proof of how much customers value high-quality workplaces that support the implementation of ESG policies, says Paulina Strutyńska, senior leasing manager at the Skanska office company in the Central and Eastern Europe region. – The Studio B office space was fully rented before obtaining the occupancy permit, which is a positive exception in our industry – adds Paulina Strutyńska.

Supply gap? Not at Skanska

Studio B brings 20,255 sq m to the Warsaw office market. surface. This is slightly less than - according to Cushman & Wakefield data - the total supply of new space in the three quarters of 2023, which was at the level of 20,300 sq m.
