PERN has signed a lease agreement for office space in the Intraco Prime building in Warsaw's Muranów district. Pern will lease two floors in an eight-storey A-class office building, which is scheduled for commissioning in early 2022.
The PERN company operates on the Polish raw material and fuel logistics market. It concluded a long-term lease agreement for a total area of ​​3.5 thousand sq m. sqm

Intraco Prime is a modern office building with an area of ​​approximately 13,000 sq m. sqm The rentable area of ​​a typical floor is 1.7 thousand square meters. sqm When designing the office building, the latest trends in commercial construction were taken into account, thanks to which the space can be freely arranged. There will be commercial and service premises on the ground floor of the building.

The construction of Intraco Prime started in April 2020. The office building is located just a few minutes from the Dworzec Gdański metro station and the Old Town. The facility received the BREEAM Interim certificate at one of the highest levels. According to the contract, the construction of the investment should take 24 months. Strabag is responsible for the implementation of the investment. The design of the office building was prepared by the Juvenes-Projekt consortium and the Pro-Invest Investor Relations Studio.
