PepsiCo moves its office to an investment carried out by the Liebrecht & wooD group in Warsaw's Praga-Północ. The tenant chose the Monopol office buildings at Koneser Square.

PepsiCo Polska moves its headquarters from Praga-Południe to Praga-Północ. The company has leased two storeys with a total area of ​​almost 3.6 thousand sq m. sqm in the Monopol investment at Koneser Square. The removal process should be completed in the second quarter of 2022.

The Liebrecht & wooD investment consists of two five-story office buildings connected with each other by an underground garage. The facility with an area of ​​22 thousand. sqm was put into operation in April 2021. It is located on the premises of a former historic vodka factory, directly next to Centrum Praskie Koneser. The project was implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, which was confirmed by the receipt of BREEAM Interim certificates at the Excellent level.
