P4 the operator of the Play network, has leased 920 sq m. of office space in the Hol 7.7 complex in Warsaw's Służewiec. The headquarters of Play is located in the Neopark complex at Wynalazek 1. The new contract covers the technical part of the company.

Play will occupy new space in the complex in early 2022.

Hall 7.7 is a complex of two office buildings at Cybernetyki 7 street with a total area of ​​15.4 thousand sq m. sqm GLA, connected by a shared patio. In 2019, the property was modernized, including both common parts and green areas around the building. The owner of the property is White Stone.
