Point72, an asset management company headquartered in the United States, will lease nearly 3,000 sq m. sq m at the Malthouse Offices belonging to the multifunctional Browary Warszawskie investment.

Employees will start operating in a new office in the complex developed by Echo Investment at the beginning of 2022.

Browary Warszawskie is a multi-functional city quarter project. In addition to the restored brewery buildings, five residential buildings, three office buildings and open squares were built here: Brama Browarów Square, Central Garden, Brewery Market, Laboratory Courtyard, Śniadaniowy Square. On the ground floors of new buildings and in revitalized historic buildings, gastronomic concepts, shops and beauty services are opening up.
