Centrum Południe is a multi-stage investment that will ultimately offer 85,000 sq m. sqm office and retail and service space.
In August 2020, the first two buildings of the complex were put at the disposal of tenants, totaling 27.6 thousand. sqm Now Skanska is starting work on the second phase of its largest project in Wrocław.
The second stage of the complex is to be ready in the fourth quarter of 2022 and will provide 21.5 thousand sq m. sqm of the highest standard. The office building will have 15 above-ground storeys - including two technical ones - and two underground storeys with 200 parking spaces. Underground work had started earlier and construction is expected to reach level 0 in August this year. The building will apply for numerous certificates: LEED Core & Shell at the Platinum level, WELL Core & Shell, Object without barriers, and WELL Health-Safety Rating. The complex is 100 percent. powered by energy produced on wind farms.
Centrum Południe will be equipped with the Connected by Skanska platform.
