The tallest building in Wrocław and one of the tallest in Poland - Sky Tower - has been sold. Develia S.A. concluded an agreement with a company belonging to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group for the sale of all its shares in the Sky Tower project in Wrocław. The selling price was set at EUR 84.27 million.

The subject of sale are all items belonging to the Develia S.A. group. shares in the ownership of the Sky Tower real estate (79.55%). The remaining shares will remain with the owners of the separated premises. The parties to the transaction are Sky Tower, a company owned by Develia and Olimp Investment, controlled by Adventum Group.

Adventum Group is a group of boutique companies managing funds investing in real estate in the countries of Central Europe. It was founded in 2006 and registered in Malta. It is owned by the managers, who are Hungarian real estate managers. So far, it has carried out investments with a total value of EUR 1.5 billion. It manages assets worth over EUR 250 million.
