The Polish office of Societe Generale and SG Equipment Leasing Polska, companies belonging to Societe Generale, the French financial group, will move in early 2024 to an office building in the Studio complex developed by Skanska. ​

The Polish office of Societe Generale and SG Equipment Leasing Polska will move to building B, which is part of the Studio office complex at Prosta Street in Warsaw. The new tenants will benefit both from sustainable and futureproof office space, as well as from the brilliant range of cafes, restaurants and eateries (plus entertainment options) provided by Fabryka Norblina located just next to Studio. The office building will be completed in August 2023.

– We are delighted that in over a dozen months the employees of our two companies will be moving to a new office building in the vibrant financial centre of Warsaw. I am convinced that thanks to the move and the modern office space, the comfort and safety of our employees' work will be significantly improved. Societe Generale in Poland

The Polish office of Societe Generale is one of the longest-established foreign banks on the local market. It began its activities in the corporate and investment banking segment in 1992, quickly becoming a leading partner for Polish and foreign businesses, financial institutions, and the public sector. SG Equipment Leasing Polska (SGEF Polska) is one of the largest leasing providers in Poland. Its activities focus on financing machinery and equipment in four sectors: agriculture, transport, industry, and advanced technologies (IT, healthcare, and green energy).

SQ Metre, a company founded by Jakub Tomczyk, is responsible for project manage­ment and technical consultancy for Societe Generale Branch in Poland and SG Equip­ment Leasing Polska.

The design of the tenant's Warsaw office was delegated to the architectural studio –
The Design Group.

– The interiors will be timeless, classic, but also in a homely atmosphere. We rely on subdued colours, wood, and green vegetation. Our designs are sustainable, made of natural materials as well as from restored or reused elements. We place particular emphasis on the best possible acoustics – comments Konrad Krusiewicz, architect and CEO of The Design Group.

The Studio will apply for some certifications: LEED Core & Shell at Platinum level, WELL Core & Shell at Gold level, WELL Health-Safety Rating, and Building without barriers. The latter is awarded by the Integration Foundation, and Skanska has been its working partner since 2016.
