In the third and fourth quarter of 2023, an increase in the activity of office tenants in Warsaw was noticed. This is confirmed by the commercialization process of The Park Warsaw. The modern office campus consisting of 9 buildings and managed by White Star Real Estate is 90% leased. This result was contributed to by recently signed new lease agreements, expansion of tenants operating in the complex and extension of contracts with long-term business partners. The Park Warsaw continues its dynamic expansion, gaining the trust of new tenants and strengthening relationships with current business partners.

The Park Warsaw complex can currently boast of a 90% commercialization of the entire project, which proves its significant position on the office real estate market in Warsaw. The latest lease agreements allowed us to start cooperation with companies such as RedNet Property Group, which leased 523 sq m. in building B1, Puratos (430 sq m in building B5) and Yokogawa (563 sq m in building B5). Additionally, we have received permission to build buildings B11 and B12 and, in accordance with the strategy, we focus on construction based on real market needs, minimizing speculative activities. It is also worth noting that none of the current tenants ended their cooperation with us, which confirms their satisfaction with the offered conditions. As a result of renegotiation of contracts, three tenants strengthened their expansion by selecting additional space. Daikin, present in The Park Warsaw since 2021, which rents space for an office and showroom in the B6 building, has increased its office space and rents a total of 1,562 sq m. Stada, a company operating on the pharmaceutical market, has expanded its current area and occupies 1,700 sq m. The Dutch truck manufacturer - DAF, associated with The Park Warsaw since 2015, will occupy additional space in building B3 from April 2024, which will give a total of 1,596.33 sq m. rental area.

The Park Warsaw continues to maintain its position as the preferred address for companies looking for the highest quality offices in a strategic location in the Polish capital. This is evidenced by as many as six recently renewed contracts with companies with which we have been cooperating for up to 10 years, such as IBM and Valentis. Lease extension transactions also include agreements with Biocodex, Ingram Micro, Carlsberg and Azko Nobel - says Anna Sztolc-Dudek, Associate Director at White Star Real Estate.
