Mazars has extended the lease agreement for over 2,000 sq m sqm of office space in the Zaułek Piękna building in Warsaw. The tenants of the facility have been joined by 6B47 and Trend Energy Solutions.

Mazars is an international company providing audit, tax, accounting and advisory services, present in over 90 countries. Along with the new agreement, the tenant also carried out a general renovation of his office (area of ​​2 thousand 55 sq m).

6B47 Poland is a company from the 6B47 Real Estate Investors group, a real estate development company from Austria, with a portfolio of 30 projects worth over EUR 1.5 billion. The new 6B47 office in Poland will occupy 120 sq m. space on the third floor of the building.

Trend Energy Solutions is an entity dealing with the optimization of the costs of obtaining energy resources and the sale of electricity and natural gas to end users, as well as cogeneration projects. The tenant will occupy 435 sq m. on the fifth floor of the building.

Zaułek Piękna is a nine-storey A-class building, offering over 8,000 sq m. sq m office space for rent. The property is located in the very center of Warsaw, between Plac Trzech Krzyży and Plac Zbawiciela.
