The Pratia clinical trial center network will open its medical facility in the recently completed building of the Ocean Office Park complex in Krakow.

The Pratia company will occupy almost 2 thousand. sq m of space on the first floor of the A Ocean Office Park building, put into use in the second quarter of 2021. The complex has obtained the green BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and is certified under the WELL Health-Safety Rating. Ocean Office Park will also be equipped with, among others into the Integral system, i.e. a tool for managing office space. This solution is to provide tenants with the possibility of reception registration, management of conference rooms and available parking spaces.

Work is currently underway on the second building, planned as part of the complex. The facility will offer over 26.5 thousand. sq m lease area. Completion of construction and commissioning of the investment is scheduled for the end of this year.
