Construction works are underway on the PID Polska investment. A four-story service and office building is being built in Warsaw's Ursynów district. FineTech Construction is the general contractor

The investment will involve the construction of a building with a total usable area of ​​almost 5,000 sq m. sq m along with internal development, access to the office building, fire road and sidewalks. In addition to the office space, the facility also provides a presentation and commercial space for the investor's purposes. The shape of the office building designed by Archi5 fits into the triangular shape of the plot with an area of ​​2.5 thousand square meters. sq m The 15-meter-high facility will have five storeys: four above-ground and one underground.

This is the newest, next to the Research and Development Center in Stojadła, PID Polska investment. The building will be located at ul. Poleczki 32, in the vicinity of the green complex on the Służewiec Circuit. The planned completion of the works is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
