Echo Investment is the leader of transactions concluded this year on the Łódź office market. In the first half of 2023, the company signed lease agreements covering nearly 10,000 sq m. space in the React building. Alorica Inc. and Bank Pekao S.A. joined the group of tenants of the facility. and Pekao Direct. Thus, the commercialization of this modern office building located in the center of Łódź has been completed.

Entry of Alorica Inc. to Poland and renting nearly 5,000 sq m. space in React is the largest transaction on the Łódź office market in the first half of the year*. This international giant of the BPO sector and leader of CX solutions already operates in the office at Aleja Piłsudskiego 24. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by advisors from Brookfield Partners.

Recently, Echo Investment also finalized a lease agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., whose Łódź offices will occupy nearly 3,000 sq m. surface in React. Pekao Direct will also move into the office building later this year. Consultants of one of the largest companies in Poland specializing in remote customer service will have 2,000 sq m at their disposal. office space.
