The construction of the Infinity office building has started in the very center of Wrocław, at Plac Jana Pawła II, which will offer 18.7 thousand sq m. sq m office space and over 1.5 thousand. sq m commercial space. The investment by Avestus Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners is to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. The seven-storey A-class office building will have a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The shape of the building will refer to the sign of infinity. The architectural design of the office building was created in the AHR Architects studio.
