Global Office Park is a facility consisting of an office, service and residential part. The two towers, in which the offices will be located, are 25-story buildings with a total area of ​​55.2 thousand square meters. sqm The third tower will contain apartments for rent from Resi Capital. The five-storey podium will feature catering and service outlets as well as shops. Works on the construction of the Global Office Park began in 2019, and their completion is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
