The .KTW office buildings have once again proven to be the best location for doing business in Katowice. Vaillant, a leading supplier of heating and ventilation technology, has recognised the buildings' strengths and tailored offering and has opened its second office in Poland at .KTW I, where it will handle large-scale digital projects and optimise internal business processes. It is already declaring its intention to develop further within the .KTW II office building.

The Vaillant Group is an international company based in Remscheid, Germany. The global leader in the heating market offers its customers technologies for heating, cooling and hot water supply of buildings that contribute to effectively shaping the energy transition. It supplies, among other things, ecological heat pumps and efficient gas boilers. In Poland, it operates its sales office in Warsaw. In 2022, the company celebrated its 30th anniversary on the Polish market and decided to open a new chapter as the company grew. It has decided to expand the Group's IT department and Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics. It also plans to establish a state-of-the-art IT centre in Katowice.

At the heart of the Vaillant Group's business activities is sustainability, seen in aspects such as drawing on natural resources, employment or building social relationships. The company's philosophy was one of the main factors in choosing precisely the .KTW office buildings as its new headquarters. The .KTW office complex was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction and responsible management systems, which is confirmed, among other things, by the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and the WELL Health&Safety certificate. Among the solutions introduced are: charging stations for electric cars in the underground garage, adaptation of the office buildings to the needs of cyclists, an intelligent control system, fast lifts with low power consumption, air conditioning with effective heat recovery, solutions limiting noise levels or biodiverse greenery in the outdoor area.

The company has taken 900 sqm in .KTW I and will eventually move to .KTW II, where it will increase its office space to 1,400 sqm.
