Warsaw Spire C almost full of tenants

The good location, high standard of the facility and numerous improvements for tenants, the lease level at Warsaw Spire C currently exceeds 96 percent.


Since the beginning of the year, five companies have decided to rent a total of 10,000 sq m. of office space in the Warsaw Spire C building owned by CA Immo - this is almost half of the building.
The vast majority of these were renewals of existing contracts, two contracts contained "green" provisions.
Eleven Sports television, Affidea medical office (over 820 sq m), one of the leaders in the outdoor advertising market in Poland - Ströer (almost 1,600 sq m) and Benefit Systems - an entity offering, among others, the well-known sports and recreational program Multisport (over 6,000 sq m) are tenants who will stay in Warsaw Spire C for the coming years. This year, CVI Dom Maklerski (approx. 700 sq m) has joined the group of companies operating at Plac Europejski 2 in Warsaw.


Warsaw Spire C is one of the best-located, top-quality office buildings in the capital. As its owner, we constantly respond to the needs of our tenants, we make sure that it meets the highest requirements of all users, and its use is as sustainable as possible. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with tenants and provide them with the most modern office space in terms of equipment, infrastructure, ESG and the quality of real estate use. We are pleased with the numerous renewals of contracts that we have signed since the beginning of the year and with the trust placed in us by tenants - says Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo in Poland.

CA Immo is one of the first entities on the Polish market that offers tenants the so-called green lease agreements that include provisions for sustainable use and building management. These green clauses concern, inter alia, environmentally friendly cleaning, waste segregation or advice on increasing energy efficiency. Two of the five lease contracts signed this year for Warsaw Spire C are green contracts.


This year CA Immo carried out the procedure of re-certification of Warsaw Spire C in the BREEAM system, obtaining the In-Use certificate at the Excellent level. At the same time, the company invited the Integration Foundation to cooperate in order to confirm the availability of this building for people with reduced mobility and obtain confirmation in the form of the "Object without barriers" certificate.


Warsaw Spire C is part of the Warsaw Spire complex, which was selected as the best office and business development project under the MIPIM Awards in 2017. The property offers 21,750 sq m. GLA (93% of which are offices, the rest are retail spaces and logistics facilities), as well as 263 parking spaces in the underground car park. The portfolio of the Polish company CA Immo also includes a twin building of the complex - Warsaw Spire B. The facility is located in an important business center of Warsaw, at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola.
