Kreo is an investment designed by the Krakow-based Q-arch architectural studio. The office building is being built on the site of the former Elbud office building, but its architecture resembles its predecessor. It will offer tenants offices with a floor area of over 2.7 thousand. sq m There will be a roof terrace at the disposal of all users of the office building.
In the building itself there will be a parking lot for cyclists with showers and lockers. For car users, the building will offer 301 parking spaces in the underground garage and additional 24 spaces in front of the office building. There are also five charging stations for electric cars in the building. Kreo will be BREEAM certified.
The planned completion of the investment is 2023.
