In November, Wella Company, a global cosmetics start-up that became an independent company less than a year ago, will move to Brama Miasta in Łódź. For about 1.5 thousand. sqm will open its new Shared Services Center. Some of them will be employed at the Center of Excellence (CoE) IT.

The new headquarters of the company, located on the 13th floor of Brama Miasta, will employ over 200 employees from finance, IT and HR departments.

The City Gate consists of two buildings with nearly 42 thousand. sqm office space, as well as a patio open to all residents with an amphitheater and small architecture. The investment meets the highest standards of workplace safety, which has been confirmed by the WELL Health-Safety Rating. The office building includes the innovative Connected by Skanska platform, which integrates the management of various functions of the building and enables, inter alia, getting inside by phone. The investment is fully adapted to the needs of disabled people. There are also 105 places for cyclists, changing rooms and showers in the building.

The office building is located near the woonerf leading straight to Piotrkowska Street. It is also adjacent to the EC1. The proximity of the Łódź Fabryczna station allows easy access by train from Widzew and Koluszki, and in the near future also from other districts. Thanks to the urban underground route under construction, employees of Brama Miasta will be able to get to Śródmieście and Polesie within a few minutes.
