The Warsaw Trade Tower skyscraper expands its offer with the F45 network gym concept. The new club will be built on the ground floor of the building and its opening is planned for early 2022.

The F45 is a network of fitness clubs specializing in innovative, high-intensity, performance-driven training. The second gym of this chain in Warsaw will open on the ground floor of the Warsaw Trade Tower in early 2022 and will be available to both employees of the office building and external guests.

The Warsaw Trade Tower has 42 floors, 208 m and offers over 45 thousand. sqm office space. The tower is located at Chłodna Street in Warsaw's Wola district, near the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. The insurance company Uniqa has its headquarters in the Warsaw Trade Tower, as well as, inter alia, MSD, American Express, Avanssur, Leroy-Merlin, and Mattel. Tenants have over 400 parking spaces at their disposal. The skyscraper has a green BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
