The building was put into use at the end of 2014. as the third part of the project in the complex. Like other buildings, the building offers 7,500 square meters of office space for lease in a high standard. High comfort of use has been achieved thanks to the adaptation of the interior and taking into account many amenities, such as: air conditioning, suspended ceilings, raised floors, telecommunications and building management systems, professional security and carpets. The building also includes 120 underground parking spaces. In addition, the floor plan of the building provides full flexibility in interior design.
