PZU Zdrowie and Nowa Era will move into Palio Office Park in Gdańsk. Cavatina Holding is the owner of the office and service complex under construction in the Young City.
The educational publishing house Nowa Era has leased 1,150 sqm in the Palio A building. The company has also decided to lease 380 sqm in the flexible Quickwork formula (serviced offices).

The second new tenant in the Palio building in Gdansk is PZU Zdrowie, operating in the private medical care sector. The company will open its office in the Palio B building and will occupy a total of 1,100 sq m of space.

A solution that is gaining popularity is concluding mixed agreements, which consist in renting office space and supplementing it with space in Quickwork serviced offices. This allows the company to be prepared for a changing number of employees and facilitates work conducted in a hybrid model. We are also very pleased to have entered into cooperation with PZU Zdrowie. The medical facility will provide significant added value for the complex's employees and the immediate surroundings of Palio," comments Tomasz Zydorek, leasing director at Cavatina Holding.

Palio Office Park is an office and service complex being built on the premises of Gdansk Shipyard, in one of the city's main arteries - Jana z Kolna Street. The complex of eight buildings will provide the market with almost 90 thousand sq. m of A-class office space and recreational space, which will enrich the offer of the emerging Young City.

Completed in the first quarter of this year, the first of the buildings - A, has over 16 thousand. sqm. of GLA, which is distributed over eight floors above ground. More than 270 parking spaces will be available for motorists, bicycle parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists, including locker rooms and showers, have also been planned. Catering and service establishments are planned in the complex.

Palio Office Park A has been awarded the BREEAM certificate on the Excellent level. The building was highly rated for, among other things, its sustainable water and energy management, the materials used, and its very good Health and Wellbeing arrangements. In addition, Palio A also received the WELL Health-Safety Rating.
