EURO-net, the owner of the RTV EURO AGD retail network, will move into the ninth building of The Park Warsaw in mid-2023. The tenant will occupy 80% of the ninth building, the construction of which began in December 2021.

EURO-net has been present in The Park Warsaw complex since 2014, i.e. from the moment of renting office space for the needs of one of its departments. The contract signed in December 2021 significantly increases the space of the tenant and consolidates the office in the newly constructed ninth building. Currently, the space is being designed according to the tenant's needs.

The Polish company EURO-net is the owner of the RTV EURO AGD retail network, offering modern electronic equipment and household goods. For years, it has been operating in the omnichannel model, having a network of over 300 stationary stores throughout Poland, two online stores, as well as offering the possibility of shopping over the phone. The company has been continuously present on the market for over 30 years and is at the forefront of the largest Polish enterprises.

The Park Warsaw is an office campus located in Warsaw's Włochy district. Much emphasis in the investment is placed on building a friendly atmosphere. The offer for employees includes the unique gastronomic zone The Park Kitchen, a lunch bar, a Green Caffe Nero cafe, a grocery store, a gym, as well as a bilingual kindergarten.

What distinguishes The Park Warsaw campus is the unique architecture with lots of greenery, creating a car-free space, thanks to which employees perceive the campus not only as a place of work, but also a place to spend time and build relationships. Ultimately, the investment will involve the construction of twelve A-class office buildings with a total leasable area of ​​approximately 130,000 m2.
