The owner of the 4F brand - OTCF S.A. in January this year moved into the newest B1 office building in a Krakow project developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain International - The Park Krakow. Thus, the company consolidated its existing offices in Krakow and Wieliczka and officially moved its headquarters to 25C Saska Street in Krakow. The owner of the largest Polish sports brand acquired a total of over 8.2 thousand. sqm of space, occupying 4 out of 6 floors available in the building. The Trzop Architekci studio was responsible for the interior design of the new OTCF office.

A syndicate of four banks granted a loan for refinancing the Varso Place project, a mixed-use scheme in central Warsaw. The total amount of €475m makes it the largest non-portfolio loan in the history of the commercial real estate market in Poland and one of the biggest in Central and Eastern Europe. The last stage of Varso Place, Varso Tower, was delivered in 2022.
Vastint receives permit for renovation of first buildings in Stara Rzeznia

Vastint has received a permit for the renovation with change of function of the first three historical buildings in the Stara Rzeznia complex in Poznan. As part of the work, they will be restored and transformed into office buildings. The plan to revitalize the rest of Stara Rzeznia is currently the subject of public consultations organized by the City of Poznań authorities as part of the procedure for adopting a local plan.

Soon in the first office building of the Krakow investment carried out by White Star Real Estate and Cain International - The Park Kraków at ul. Saska - the main tenant - the owner of the 4F brand - the OTCF company, will appear. The construction of the second building - B2 is also advanced. It is to be commissioned in Q2 2023. Moreover, the developer is preparing to start construction works on buildings B3 and B4. They are to start in the first half of 2023. Design work is also underway for 4 more office buildings, i.e. B5-B8, entering the second phase of the project.

Works on the construction of the first stage of the Brain Park office complex in Krakow have been completed. Two buildings, constructed by Echo Investment at the intersection of Aleja Pokoju and Fabryczna Street, have obtained an occupancy permit. This means that PepsiCo - as the first tenant - has already moved into its new office.
