The owner of the 4F brand - OTCF S.A. in January this year moved into the newest B1 office building in a Krakow project developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain International - The Park Krakow. Thus, the company consolidated its existing offices in Krakow and Wieliczka and officially moved its headquarters to 25C Saska Street in Krakow. The owner of the largest Polish sports brand acquired a total of over 8.2 thousand. sqm of space, occupying 4 out of 6 floors available in the building. The Trzop Architekci studio was responsible for the interior design of the new OTCF office.
OTCF S.A. is one of the largest employers in Małopolska. It specializes in the design, production and sale of sportswear, footwear and accessories dedicated to professional athletes and amateurs. The leading brand in the company's portfolio is 4F - a brand present in 47 countries around the world, whose ambassadors are e.g. Anna and Robert Lewandowski. For over 10 years, 4F has been a sponsor of the Polish Olympic and Paralympic teams and several European Olympic Committees. OTCF also develops its own line of functional food and dietary supplements, 4F Fuel, the 4F Junior and Outhorn brands, the SportStyleStory chain of multi-brand sports stores, and the 4F Spot healthy food restaurant. He is the sole distributor of Under Armor on the Polish market, and since 2020 he has been running the 4F Helps Foundation.
“The consolidation of the two largest OTCF offices - the current headquarters in Wieliczka and the branch in Krakow - is a key step in the development of our company. On the four floors of The Park Kraków complex, there are, among others, functional spaces for work and meetings, a modern laboratory for the quality department, a showroom for all our brands, showrooms for clothing and footwear design departments, a photo studio and a sewing room. The convenient location of the complex near public transport, bicycle paths and convenient car access from Wieliczka, where our current headquarters was located, was an additional advantage for us when choosing a new location. Thus, we are starting a new chapter in the company's history" - emphasizes Igor Klaja, President of OTCF S.A.
“Due to the profile presented by the OTCF company, which specializes in the creation and production of sportswear for professionals and amateurs, the main inspiration for creating the concept of the interior for the company's headquarters could not be anything else than the largest sports event in the world, i.e. the Olympic Games.
The dominant colors in the design use 5 colors from the Olympic rings. As a coherent element, we used black, combined on each of the 4 floors with the following colors: green, red, blue and yellow. The selected color of the floor appears in the form of delicate accents, among others, in the aluminum profiles of the glass walls or in the stripes imitating the treadmill on the floors in the main communication routes of the office.
A characteristic and distinctive part is the showroom for the presentation of all new 4F collections and other brands from the company's portfolio. The planes of the room are to be a neutral background for displaying the products, hence the entire interior has been designed in white. A large amount of greenery suspended in special structures under the ceiling refers to the green character and sustainable development, which is an important element of the company's policy.
Free workstations built in space in the Agail model of work are connected by a flexible space of common zones for informal and formal meetings, which is an excellent base for a hybrid work model.
The heart of the office and the element connecting all floors is the internal staircase, topped with a large canteen on the top floor, which is a perfect place to integrate all teams and fosters creative thinking and the creation of new sporting, winning ideas.” – indicate Katarzyna Chmurzyńska-Mazur, Senior Architect and Bartosz Trzop, CEO/Architect from the Trzop Architekci studio.
OTCF S.A. in its new headquarters, it has as many as 4 terraces at its disposal. Among them, 2 with an area of 150 sq m, with a view of the nearby Bagry Reservoir, just a 6-minute walk from the complex, and 2 facing a green courtyard. On the second floor of the building, the company has opened a modern showroom, where product collections of all brands from its portfolio are presented: 4F, 4F Junior, 4F Fuel, Outhorn, as well as Under Armour, of which OTCF is the sole distributor in Poland.
“Starting cooperation with such a recognizable brand confirms that our concept of creating functional and timeless office projects meets the needs of demanding tenants and at the same time is proof of how tenant-friendly our investment in Krakow is. We deeply hope that this modern and truly Olympic interior will translate into further successes of OTCF on the global arena - says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.
The tenants of The Park Kraków have been provided with a mobile application enabling, among others, access to the building and office space using a smartphone, inviting guests to the office, dynamic management of parking spaces or booking rooms and desks. There is also easy access to the underground garage thanks to cameras with license plate recognition and charging stations for electric cars are available.
In the B1 building, key amenities are planned to be launched: a gym, a grocery store and a restaurant. As previously announced, the developer has prepared an extensive infrastructure for cyclists on the investment site (locker rooms, showers and bicycle racks), which will support The Park employees in choosing this ecological means of transport and using the numerous bicycle paths existing in the vicinity of the project.
