Onwelo, an IT company, will move its offices to Brama Miasta, developed by Skanska in the New Center of Lodz, where it will enjoy over 1,200 sqm of space designed in accordance with ESG standards and equipped with technologies to reduce energy and water consumption. The opening of the new Onwelo office is scheduled for June of this year. 

Since launching in 2015, Onwelo has opened 9 offices in Europe and the USA. The company employs over 700 people and has cooperated with such technological giants as Google Cloud, Microsoft and UiPath. Onwelo specialists deal with such areas as development, maintenance and testing of software, delivery of products and services based on cloud technologies or creating solutions in the field of Data & Analytics and Intelligent Automation, which improves business processes. This is another recent tenant from the IT industry moving into office buildings designed by Skanska

 Great location and additional attractions 

 Brama Miasta has already become a permanent part of the business landscape of the city and an icon of the New Center of Lodz. The building attracts attention immediately after leaving the Łódź Fabryczna railway station, next to which it was built. This is due, among others, to the corten steel facade, which refers to the history of Lodz and its industrial character. 

 The building offers a total of 40,800 sqm of futureproof office and service space, built in accordance with ESG requirements. Employees of the office building, residents of Lodz and guests can use the public patio with amphitheater stairs. It is close to the Grand Theatre, Stefan Jaracz Theatre, EC1 Science and Technology Centre and one of the most famous streets in Poland – Piotrkowska. 

 Brama Miasta, as an integral part of Lodz and a place open to all, hosts various types of events. Recently, a series of lectures for seniors called the Academy of Silver Maturity has started here. This year, several other meetings are planned, thanks to which this place will also be alive after 17:00.
