Benefit Systems S.A. became another tenant in The Park Kraków - the latest office project in Kraków, developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain International. As part of the leased space, Benefit Systems S.A. will launch a fitness club under the My Fitness Place brand. The opening of the club is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Benefit Systems S.A. has been operating on the Polish market for over two decades and is one of the leaders in providing non-wage benefits. It also operates over 200 fitness clubs with a presence in four European markets.

Acquiring a partner such as Benefit Systems S.A., whose modern fitness club will occupy over 1,200 sqm. on the ground floor in the first building of The Park Kraków, fits in with our strategy of building projects where not only work is good, but also spend time after work. The growing awareness of the impact of sport on health and well-being means that more and more people are introducing physical activity to their everyday life. Drawing from the concept of the 15-minute city, we want to make it easier for them - primarily by saving time, creating integrated communities and improving the quality of life. We are convinced that My Fitness Place will be a great added value for the tenants of The Park Kraków, and will complement the recreational offer addressed to the inhabitants of Podgórze - says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.

The My Fitness Place chain consists of a total of over 15 facilities located in the Małopolskie, Śląskie and Opolskie voivodeships. The fitness club at The Park Kraków will offer a variety of fitness classes, as well as zones: machines, functional training and cardio. There will also be a wellness and relaxation zone with a dry sauna or an infrared sauna, the use of which improves physical and mental condition. What is important for many people is that the club will accept MultiSport cards.

The opening of one of our My Fitness Place clubs in The Park Kraków complex, which was designed with people's well-being in mind, is in line with our mission to promote a healthy lifestyle based on physical activity and work-life-balance. The training forms we propose are based on the latest research and trends, which confirm that physical activity has become an inseparable element of self-care, both in the sphere of appearance and physical health, as well as from the mental side. This is reflected in our offer, which perfectly meets all the aforementioned needs. That is why the activities we offer include both health-promoting activities, supporting practicing amateur sports and minimizing the effects of ubiquitous stress - says Tomasz Groń, managing director of fitness clubs belonging to Benefit Systems.

Sport and recreation are part of the idea of The Park Kraków. Last year, the summer area of Shuvary Park with a relaxation zone, sports fields and sports infrastructure was built in the complex. Regularly organized events such as: free summer cinema, outdoor yoga, creative workshops, various festivals and numerous attractions for children. The zone was reopened on May 13, 2023, and - as the investor assures - this year's offer is even more interesting. It also includes cooperation with the My Fitness Place club, which includes, among others, yoga, Power Pilates and Zumba.

As previously announced, The Park Kraków has also developed an extensive infrastructure for cyclists (locker rooms, showers and bicycle racks), which supports The Park employees in choosing this ecological means of transport and using the numerous bicycle paths existing in the vicinity of the facility.

The Park Kraków, in addition to office space, also offers over 3 hectares of internal space with lots of greenery, water elements and natural materials - designed both for leisure and outdoor work. The construction of the first building within the complex began in mid-2020. In May 2022, it obtained an occupancy permit and is currently over 80% leased. The ground floors will be intended mainly for service activities - in the first building, in addition to the gym, there will also be a lunch bar and a grocery store. The construction of the second building is also nearing completion. Currently, finishing works inside the building are proceeding according to the schedule. The commissioning of the second building is scheduled for Q3 2023.
